Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of critical backend components, with a hands-on approach to coding and implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to discussions on infrastructure, cloud deployment (AWS), and containerization (Kubernetes), while actively participating in the development process.
  • Engage with team members to foster a culture of high-quality code, continuous improvement, and effective communication.


What They’re Looking For:

  • An experienced Java Engineer with a background in backend development, familiar with modern Java versions and Spring Boot.
  • Proven ability to think at an architectural level while remaining hands-on with coding and development tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with business leaders to align technical efforts with company objectives.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and containerization tools like Kubernetes.
  • A background in a fintech environment is an advantage.
