*What You’ll Do:*

As an *Early Years Educator*, you will:
* *Inspire Curiosity*: Create engaging and play-based learning experiences that ignite children’s curiosity and love for exploration.
* *Nurture Relationships*: Build strong connections with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
* *Promote Holistic Development*: Support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development through purposeful activities and interactions.
* *Celebrate Milestones*: Be there for those magical “firsts” – from first steps to first scribbles

*Qualifications:*
* *Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification* (or equivalent)
* Passion for working with young children

*Reflections Nursery *and *Little Dukes *are part of the Dukes Education family – a group of independent nurseries, schools and colleges located throughout Europe. *Dukes Education* is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to a successful Enhanced Disclosure, Barring Service (DBS) check and two professional references.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
