Insolvency & Restructuring Paralegal

This leading law firm is looking to recruit a paralegal to their insolvency and restructuring team.
Apply promptly A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.
Working as part of the wider corporate department, this role will support and assist on all restructuring matters. This will involve everything from initial client meetings, document management and preparation, drafting letters and liaising with clients and relevant third parties.
The role is initially offered on a six month contract, ideally for a May or early June start, and also has the possibility of extension beyond this.
Candidates must have at least six months of insolvency/restructuring experience gained within the UK, at a commercial law firm. Applicants should have good academics and ideally an LPC or SQE1.
