HFG are currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate who are seeking a Delegated Authority Assistant to join their team.

This role will be working very closely with the manager so you will have exposure to all sides of DA and have the opportunity to be involved in various DA projects. Experience using DCOM, DDM and Bordereaux Management is required for this role (1-3+ years experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that DDM records are kept current by manually updating mid-term endorsements.
  • Quarterly monitoring and follow-up on Risk Level Data submissions for the syndicate's RDS exercise.
  • Tracking and following up on overdue information both internally and externally, escalating as needed.
  • Assisting with the technical aspects of processing and approving data submissions on DDM.
  • Coordinating with Delegated Authority Underwriting teams on their activities.
  • Collaborating with all Agency departments involved in managing Delegated Authority business, including Claims and Compliance.
  • Participating in meetings such as the DA Data Working Group and Binder Management Forum.
  • Providing assistance with testing future Lloyd's system releases like DCOM and DDM.
