An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced CRM specialist to join their marketing team to truly become the voice of the customer, managing customer communications across every touchpoint.

Job Description:

  • Be the brand, category and competitor expert: identifying strengths & weaknesses and actioning tactics to ensure they are competitive and grow market share
  • Develop & optimise the brand communications throughout the customer journey, taking ownership & executing the customer comms/ CRM strategy, working with channel owners to deliver against set KPIs
  • Manage marketing communications and campaigns, working with the Performance Marketing, Brand and Content teams, plus external agencies
  • Manage all aspects of customer comms, establishing a core CRM strategy
  • Take responsibility for growing the lifetime value of customers, through design and execution of targeted customer lifecycle activity
  • Grow, manage and develop a high performing CRM team
