Inspired by his travels and love of cooking, Charlie Bigham set up shop in 1996 with the sole aim of creating really delicious dishes for foodies putting in all the care and attention that you would if you were to cook them yourself at home.

Now approaching our 25th anniversary, Charlie Bighams is the number one brand in the chilled prepared meal category. With over 50 recipes available in major supermarkets, ourdistinctive wooden trays and illustrated packaging make us instantly recognisable on-shelf.
Bighams has achieved impressive YOY growth since launch and we continue to grow in a sustainable way. We now employ over 650 people across two thriving kitchens in London and Somerset. We are a certified Great Place to Work and have achieved B-Corp status because it is the right thing to do for our business, for our consumers and for the planet.

Main Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to join our amazing Commercial Team and be on the forefront of our business as you will be responsible forthe development of enduring relationships with Bighams grocery retail customers, leveraging these relationships in order to deliver profitable business in line with the commercial strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
The Commercial Executive will be working closelywith Bighams marketing and food team develop and deliver market beating customer growth plans through collaboration with customers.
Therefore, we are looking for an eager early career professional who has the following:
University degree
0 - 2 years experience in a similar position or in a account management or business development type positions
Highly motivated & proactive
Analytical mindset with good problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
High level of computer literacy especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of FMCG and retail - highly desired.
