  • Accessibility
  • Project/ Programme Management
  • Agency Management
  • Reporting/ Analytics
  • Team Management & Development

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing a content management system.

This person will demonstrate a deep commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience across all user demographics, with a strong interest in tools/ technologies that will add value to the business.

Your skill set will include a strong background in user experience (UX), evidenced by a track record of optimizing and refining online customer journeys. Additionally, you will show a proficiency in implementing SEO best practices and deploying various web analytics tools to gather and analyse data effectively. Your highly analytical mindset enables you to leverage behavioural insights to continually refine and improve the website experience.

Experienced in managing everything from content editors, through to backend developers, you will possess strong organizational skills and thrive in fast paced environments.
