We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a successful shift team. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of this premier building during your assigned shift. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and maximising M&E plant productivity throughout building based in the heart of Canary Wharf.

kEY Responsibilities:

Working in a team of 4 x Shift Engineers
Premier Building in Canary Wharf
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and resolve any equipment or system malfunctions.
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery, systems, and equipment across Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies to minimize production interruptions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts inventory.
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Salary & Package:

£47,120.00 Per Annum + Overtime
12 Hour Shift Pattern - Days Only - 7am till 7pm (DAYS Only)
Overtime Available at x1.5 / x2.0

The Person:

City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical
Competent building maintenance knowledge
Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
Able to write report and carry out quotes.
