About the Pub

The Royal Oak presents an excellent opportunity to acquire an exceptional public house which has been established for over a Century There is massive scope for a new hands on owner operator to further develop the business and fully utilise the fitted trade kitchen by offering lunches and evening meals. The business enjoys a strong reputation with the local community and as such has a high level of regular and repeat trade.

A secure entrance leads into the pub which is internally separated into designated areas with a bar that runs throughout. The cosy snug with darts throw has loose tables and chairs, fitted patterned carpet and seating for around 20. The large bar area can accommodate upwards of 60 customers and benefits from a feature fireplace and log burner. A pool table as well as table football can be found in the games room which has space for a further 40 people.

The beer garden has picnic style benches and is secured by walls and fences, allowing children to enjoy the play facilities in a safe environment. There is a large car park to the front of the pub which has ample parking for 40 cars.
