The Role:

As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and future-proof enterprise solutions. Working with clients across various industries, you will be responsible for ensuring that their IT infrastructure is fully aligned with business objectives, whilst staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.


You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of large-scale digital transformation projects. Your expertise in creating flexible architectures will be vital in enabling clients to innovate and remain competitive in their respective markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise-level IT strategies that align with clients' business goals.
  • Design end-to-end solutions and roadmaps that address complex business challenges.
  • Assess and recommend technology architecture frameworks, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable architectures.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams through solution delivery and system integration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in security, governance, and architecture.
  • Lead architecture reviews, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital trends to continuously drive innovation.
  • Provide thought leadership and architectural advice during pre-sales and bid development processes.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within an IT consultancy or similar environment.
  • Strong expertise in developing enterprise architectures for large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and API-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate or similar.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in aligning IT strategies with broader business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams across multiple disciplines and functions.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards.


Desirable:

  • Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF) or cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience in specific industry sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
