We are currently working with a leading bakery company based in County Armagh and the Newry area, renowned for their high-quality baked goods and commitment to excellence. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Auditor to join the team on a evening shift.

Role Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections, verifying compliance with food safety regulations, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine and scheduled quality audits on bakery products, processes, and production areas.

* Inspect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

* Monitor and verify compliance with food safety regulations, including hygiene practices and sanitation procedures.

* Document and report on audit findings, quality issues, and non-conformances. * Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement

corrective actions. * Review and maintain quality records and documentation to ensure accuracy and

compliance. * Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and

guidelines. * Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in product

quality and process efficiency.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the food manufacturing industry is preferred.

* Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and auditing processes.

* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Flexibility to work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. * Relevant qualifications in food science, quality management, or a related field

are advantageous.
