  • Design and debug new silicon, test SW and HW for production
  • Provide a high-quality and cost-effective testing solution for mass production.
  • Monitor hardware and software test activities with both internal and external test facilities.
  • Develop test programs, make modifications, and release them into offsite production.


Requirements:

  • Experience in Advantest 93k testing kit.
  • Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology. Digital, Mixed Signal, PMIC Devices with hands-on VLSI ATE experience.
  • Preferred knowledge on V93000 SOC Tester – Smartest 7 or Smartest 8.
  • Strong programming skills in writing and debugging test programs in languages like Perl/Python or C/C++ or JAVA
