Media at Recipe
The Media department is one of the fastest growing parts of our business, as clients are increasingly looking for a one-stop-shop and experience the benefits of a closer relationship between creative and media. A fully integrated agency approach makes campaigns a total collaborative team effort. Knowing, understanding and inputting to the creative gives us the extra inspiration to push the media limits and create the best results for our growing client base
We provide clients with all types of media solutions – TV, outdoor, radio, and digital. We provide digital services to many of our clients on a retained monthly performance basis and through delivering large scale campaigns.
Overview – About The Role
This is a mid- to senior-level role for people who are passionate about digital advertising, who can bring strong knowledge of current paid social performance trends and has a strong analytical mind. You will create an impact within our media team and full advertising service.
This offers the right candidate the opportunity to develop:
1. Knowledge of different social media channels.
2. Work with different well-known brands and be part of a fast-growing team.
3. (Bonus) Experience with paid search or programmatic channels.
4. Play a key role in developing our media division
Qualifications of the ideal candidate are:
• Passion for paid social advertising
• Hunger for success.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social platforms, including Meta, Snap, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Have an analytical mind and excellent with numbers and good communication skills
• Have the confidence to challenge the team and take on additional responsibilities.
• Attention to detail during the planning, campaign set-up, pacing, optimisations, A/B testing, insight-writing, and data-pulling
• Confident with creating social and video content for social media channels.
The day-to-day work:
• Executing and optimising paid social campaigns.
• Analysing website and campaign data to optimise paid social campaigns and providing advice to our clients.
• Producing and presenting reports to our clients.
• Communicating with clients and supporting the company in new business activities.
