We are looking for confident, highly personable, and passionately driven individuals to take on the role of Partner Development Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the exceptional management and development of our commercial partnerships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business sales opportunities within existing and prospective partners, with a focus on boosting revenue through Dynamics as an attached service. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in executing our strategic sales plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Net New Partner process, from MQP/SQP generation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless onboarding and partnership establishment.
  • Foster growth within existing partnerships through relationship building and the successful execution of partner projects.
  • Maintain records in our CRM system and partner team sites, providing accurate reporting and facilitating smooth handovers between departments.
  • Actively engage with channel and sector events to expand and strengthen our network of partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to drive campaigns, generate compelling content, and refine our P2P proposition.
  • Continuously refine and manage the Partner function playbook, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Present and promote the Cloud9 Learn offering to deepen partner relationships and drive lead generation for Cloud9 Insight.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Proven experience in sales and accounts negotiation, with a history of delivering tangible results.
  • Consistently met and exceeded sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication, organisation, presentation and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in articulating Cloud9's partner offering to support partner business growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to network effectively at all levels of seniority.
  • A commitment to embodying and championing company values as a brand ambassador.

Experience Preferred:

  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solutions and a track record of customer success stories.
