About the role:As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Provide one-to-one support for a young child in KS1 with autism during the mornings, helping to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
  • Assist in the KS1 Nurture Class during the afternoons, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement strategies that cater to individual learning needs.
