We're on the hunt for a dynamic Nursing Home Manager who is nurse qualified and has experience within a nursing or residential dementia care home for older people. As the Nursing Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing a medium-sized care home for older people
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents
Leading a passionate and energetic team
Working to achieve overall good within the care home

Package and Benefits:
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will receive:
An annual salary of £55,000, depending on experience

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:
Home management experience within an elderly care setting
Experience as a manager within a nursing home
Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
Excellent leadership abilities and a friendly demeanour
