We are seeking a compassionate  Residential Childcare Worker to assist our residential care team in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young people in our care. 

In this role you will participate in overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to staff members, and ensuring the well-being and development of the young people under your care.

Acorn Education are recruiting Residential Childcare Worker to join our team in the Shrewsbury region.

Our residential home, has a capacity of 4 and supports young people from the ages of 7-18 build incredible futures by giving them opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests. 

This home is based in Shrewsbury and is within commuting distance from Nantwich, Whitchurch, Telford, Shifnal and surrounding villages.

Our homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team
