What you'll be doing...
As a catering Apprentice Chef you will support, organise, learn from members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and Learning to make delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  • Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
  • Maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
