Responsibilities


  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to ensure operational and financial goals are met through effective cyclical people plans and ongoing, effective people management
  • Provide professional, proactive HR support and advice to managers and team members
  • Apply organisational and individual change management for your parts of the business
  • Identify and manage strategies
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams and HR team colleagues to improve and deliver consistently high-quality people programmes, policies, processes, and systems that work well across the entire organisation
  • Manage employee relations’ cases
  • Provide training and mentoring
  • Maintain and evaluate accurate people data and documentation


Qualifications


  • Must have experience in a Business Partnering role within Financial Services
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

Our client is open to where this person is based in Ireland there are multiple however preferably in Northern Ireland
