Ownership of the company’s portfolio of websites, including content, performance and overseeing development updates for continual improvement.

Assess KPIs to identify areas for improvement – create, deliver and track the performance of digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, Paid Social) and generate corresponding reports

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the Ted Todd family and our international brands, inclusive of SEO, PPC, Paid and organic social and email marketing

Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimise user experience

Main Duties:

  • Full accountability for our family of brand’s websites (tedtodd.co.uk, woodworks1988.com and kartafloors.com)
  • Build, deliver and evaluate Digital Marketing strategies for each of our brands (Ted Todd, Woodworks and Karta) across multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest, Tiktok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Oversee organic search efforts (SEO) to enhance website visibility and drive qualified traffic
  • Monitor and measure performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, ensuring results align with and support our business goals and strategy
  • Proficiency in attribution modeling and platform measurement is required, along with the ability to quickly implement new processes for immediate improvement
  • Work with the Marketing Team to deliver reoccurring weekly digital marketing activities such as segmented email campaigns and organic social posts
  • Stay informed about significant industry updates, such as iOS changes or the decline of third-party cookie data, that could affect our future
  • You should be capable of extracting, interpreting, and analysing platform data, and effectively communicating insights colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills are necessary, including the ability to troubleshoot common platform or development issues
  • Work alongside our Business Systems and IT Managers to integrate our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, into all websites
  • Excellent knowledge of UX and customer journeys – able to actively make improvements to aid conversion on our websites e.g. improvements to sample check outs, contact forms, etc
  • Knowledge and confidence in understanding data handling best practice, preferences, GDPR, etc
  • Act as the primary contact with digital agency partners, collaborating to develop and execute a digital acquisition strategy that meets overall business objectives.
  • Regularly conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance landing pages, ad copy, and user experience for better conversions.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Implement performance marketing optimisations resulting in a positive customer response to activities such as greater CTR, and higher conversion.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends

Skills required:

  • Leadership – you will be a senior member of the team and have ultimate responsibility for digital performance
  • Strategic know-how – you will drive forward our family of brands across multi-channel digital campaigns and websites for continual improvement
  • Analytical – methodical and analytical in thinking, proven experience in evaluating data and delivering results (Google Analytics, Woocommerce, etc)
  • Highly digital - use of Wordpress/CMS systems, experience in briefing and managing web developers
  • Performance driven - must have proficient understanding of SEO and PPC best practice, with ability to act and deliver on recommendations for improving ROI
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years' digital management/digital performance marketing experience
  • eCommerce experience is essential - proven examples of your work case studies
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous

About You

  • 5 days a week in the office – need to be close to HQ
