What You'll Do:

  • Oversee quality control for advanced instrumentation, including blood transfusion products and bioreactors.
  • Lead the development of both instruments and consumable products, ensuring everything meets the highest standards, especially when it comes to product contact.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulations like ISO 13485 and GMP.
  • Work closely with cutting-edge technologies and help bring new products to market.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong background in manufacturing and a deep understanding of instrumentation.
    • Hands-on experience with software validation (e.g., Gamp 5) and lifecycle management using agile methods.
    • A leader with managerial experience who can navigate risk management with ease.
    • Flexibility to work on-site 4-5 days a week, with some room for adjustment.
