Location: On Site - Braintree, Essex

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Call out available.

 

Responsibilities

As a Multi Skilled Plumber, you'll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks across the site.

Your day to day will include:

• 
  
• PPM and Reactive tasks across a commercial site
  
• Minor repairs and improvement works
  
• Installations of new plant and equipment when required
  
• Fault diagnostic reports on equipment, buildings and fittings
  
• Mechanical, Fabric and basic electrical maintenance
  

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Multi Skilled Plumber is great for you if:

• 
  
• You have a mechanical maintenance background
  
• You have previous experience within Mechanical and Fabric Maintenance
  
• You are a Plumber by trade with Multi Skilled experience
