Temporary Team Assistant required for 3 months to support a lovely insurance firm in the city of London - quick walk from Fenchurch Street or Liverpool Street stations.

You will be supporting a team of approximately 30 people with office coordination, diary management, travel coordination, general office tasks such as answering calls and greeting visitors, and dealing with deliveries/post.


  • Temporary Team Assistant assignment - from 1st July to 1st/2nd week of October
  • £19-22 per hour / 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, office based.
  • Location: London, City


We are looking for: an approachable, organised, friendly, reliable and confident individual, with experience as a Team Assistant or PA/EA, who is available to cover the full duration of the assignment.


Temp Team Assistant tasks include:

  • General office duties such as answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages
  • Greeting clients and visitors to the office
  • Booking meetings, managing meeting room diary
  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Updating and amending documents
  • General office management
  • General admin such as scanning, copying, filing
