The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in driving the agile development process, facilitating communication, removing obstacles, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to adopt agile principles and practices, promoting self-organisation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to prioritise and deliver valuable features and enhancements.
  • Identify and address issues and conflicts within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Monitor and report on key agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other scrum masters, project managers, and leaders across the organisation to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with in a technology organisation
  2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
  3. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in technology-driven environments, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  4. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, principles, and practices, with the ability to apply them in a pragmatic manner.
  5. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and empowered team culture.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  8. Experience working with enterprise-level systems and projects is a plus.
