About the Client:

The Role:
As a Junior Surveyor, you will be instrumental in supporting the team with valuations, project management, and client relations.

This position offers a mix of office-based work with occasional site visits, providing a fantastic platform to develop your skills and progress in your surveying career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing monthly valuations in line with contractual requirements.
  • Support in preparing and managing budgets for projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to maintain strong relationships.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., surveying, construction, or engineering).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a desire to build a career in surveying.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a surveying or construction-related role (preferred but not essential).
