Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage minor injuries and illnesses independently. - Perform minor surgical procedures and provide follow-up care as necessary. - Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with NMC guidelines. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. - Participate in continuous professional development and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration. - Proven experience as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner or in a similar role. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
