Essential Functions Performed by the Position


  • Support financial reporting responsibilities for the Global Authentication Group.
  • Financial reporting responsibilities for all regional entities.
  • Support annual audit and act as a lead on the year end audit preparation, planning and delivery of the audit process with the respective audit firms.
  • Support local and group tax reporting requirements including Corporate, PAYE and VAT requirements.
  • Manage, train and support the EMEA Finance team setting objectives and performing annual appraisals.
  • Support Treasury functions through daily banking activities, cash flow forecasts, forex requirements and other ad hoc requirements.
  • Support implementation of BI Reporting for EMEA and Global operation
  • Collaboration with US Finance Team.


Required Education and Experience


Degree level qualification – Honours level or equivalent qualification

Qualified Accountant – CA/CIMA level

Strong accounting background and experience 5-10+ years experience.
