PLEASE NOTE: This role is designed for those with ITEC Level 5 in sport massage/soft tissue therapy or highly experienced sports therapists with extensive experience of sports and remedial massage, accompanied by additional CPDs in advanced deep tissue or similar. For this role you must be based within London.

We are currently seeking two highly experienced senior sports massage therapist who are highly skilled and experienced in the craft of sports massage, deep tissue massage and another therapeutic massage technique (eg. Pregnancy, trigger pointing, table Thai, etc.). For this role you must have a thorough knowledge of all sports massage techniques, particularly extensive knowledge of lower body soft tissue skills.

You must have the ability to work a minimum of 15 hours Mon-Fri, as well as two weekends per month and occasional bank holidays.

Daily Duties include:

  • Work in the studio providing sports, holistic and deep tissue massage to all clients
  • Depth knowledge of postural assessment
  • Working from our partners spaces providing soft tissue therapy and after care advice
  • Maintain studio space, ambience, quality cleanliness and hygiene
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering all queries via phone, or in-person regarding Bodied services
  • Participate in local and national community events that raise awareness of bodywork
  • Securely open and close the studio in accordance with employee and building management guidance
  • Prepare, pack and unpack studio linens from laundry service provider
  • Communicate with other colleagues regarding studio and shift updates
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with clients regarding treatment plans and aftercare advice
  • Participate in team building exercises and staff and independent training and development

An initial round of interviews and trials will be taking place on Thursday or Friday the first week of June 2024. Extensive training and development will be provided where necessary.
