Company Description:


  • This consultancy focuses on the hotel and hospitality sector providing project management, asset management and advisory services and provides services to range of established and new hotel brands.


Role Description:


  • Oversee maintenance and small works projects across 20 hotel sites in the UK.
  • Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and facilities management operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement fire risk management strategies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different ownership groups to address facility needs and improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain facilities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure optimal functioning of all systems and facilities.
  • Ensuring effective communication and management of site-specific needs.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • With proven experience managing facilities in UK.
  • Extensive experience managing facilities, including small works and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Expertise in conducting and managing fire risk assessments and safety measures.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple sites, specifically within the hotel industry.
  • Ability to work effectively with different ownership groups and meet their specific requirements.
