Dubai-based REDWOOD TECHNOLOGIES is an audio video and home technologies expert, offering a comprehensive list of products, services, and turn-key solutions to the custom installation and system integration industry. They specialize in smart home systems such as Audio Video, Home Theater, Lighting Control, Video Surveillance, Home Networking, Intrusion Detection, and Energy Management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Engineer in Home Automation at REDWOOD TECHNOLOGIES. The Support Engineer will provide planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and customer support for home automation systems. The role will involve working with remote monitoring systems and delivering excellent customer service to Dubai and UAE clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Control4, Lutron, KNX, Basalte and similar systems is essential.
  • Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Customer Support skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience installing, programming and providing support for high-profile residential projects, specifically with Contorl4 and KNX. He/She should be ready to relocate and explore new opportunities.
