Are you ready to lead with elegance and innovation? Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a Commercial Director to join our distinguished team. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of one of the worlds most luxurious hotels, combining the timeless allure of Bvlgari with the vibrant spirit of London.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the new Commercial Director will lead and manage the Bvlgari Hotel London Sales and Marketing Team, developing and delivering a coherent and ambitious sales strategy that ensures the Hotels ongoing success. Candidates should possess a proven track record of overseeing sales and marketing activity in a similar role within the luxury hospitality market. We are looking for ambitious and tenacious individuals who exhibit the entrepreneurial self-starting approach that characterises the Hotels existing senior team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue across all departments, including rooms, F&B, spa, and events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders, ensuring Bulgari Hotel remains a preferred destination for luxury experiences.
  • Lead a dynamic sales, marketing, and revenue team, fostering collaboration to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, continuously adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the Bvlgari brand, embodying its values of refinement, innovation, and exceptional service.
