They require a strategic financial leader to support and drive the business to achieve its ambitious goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in SaaS companies. The successful candidate will be the companies first VP Finance, responsible for building a professional finance function from the ground up and serving as a strategic partner to both the CEO and the Investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Lead the Finance Function: Establish and develop a high-performing finance team, implementing robust financial processes and controls.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the founders and investors to align financial strategy with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Investment Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including fundraising, equity management, and investor relations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key financial metrics, providing insights to drive business performance and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a finance function in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic and operational finance skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience partnering with private equity investors and senior management teams.
  • Excellent financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
