We are in an exciting period of rapid growth and development, so to fully realise this growth potential, we are looking for a junior or graduate marketing executive to support the marketing function in London. This role will support all our search teams covering London, Milan, Hong Kong, New York and Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

The main purpose of this role is to help grow our brand presence in the global legal market.

This includes:

  • Being responsible for the design and creation of all collateral. This includes brochures, track record documents, CVs for pitch purposes and salary benchmarking documents.
  • Managing LinkedIn and any other social media. This includes creating content/imagery for the feed, managing followers, building a community, making suggestions for improvement and reporting on monthly activity.
  • Helping with the organisation and execution of events, both online and in person.
  • Reporting on competitor activity in the recruitment space to help differentiate our marketing communications.
  • Creating monthly email marketing newsletters for candidates and clients.
  • Maintaining the website CMS, organising and updating pages across the site.
  • Working with senior management to best utilise and improve marketing processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for consultants to build their personal brands.
  • Researching sponsorship and collaboration opportunities within the legal sector.

Experience:

As this role is junior, while it would be desirable, we do not expect you to have experience within the legal or recruitment sector.

However, we hope that you have the following skills or qualities:

  • 12-18 months’ experience in a broad marketing role in any industry, covering various areas of the marketing mix: social media, digital marketing and editorial.
  • A 2.1 or above in a relevant university degree (or equivalent in work experience).
  • Be a confident user of social media with the ability to grow a following and increase brand engagement.
  • Some experience using Adobe products, ideally In-design and Photoshop.
  • Experience working with online content creation tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Be highly approachable with a positive attitude.
  • Be creative with a passion for challenging the status quo.
  • Have exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have good numerical, data and analytical skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and be able to organise, prioritise and balance workload.
