As we continue to grow, we have an open position for an experienced and an A+ team leader Landscape Site Foreman to join our growing Landscaping Company. 
The role will include coordinating our crews of landscapers in groundskeeping activities. You will schedule landscapers, oversee equipment operation, and ensure that the property under their change is well-maintained. As the Site Foreman, you will also be responsible for training the crew of landscapers in their tasks.
Location: London and Home Counties.
Responsibilities:
  • Several site coverage in tandem. 
  • Perform a range of landscaping and gardening duties, including planting, turfing, fencing, paving, brick and slab work, carpentry.
  • Able to lead and educate existing teams with your experience. 
  • Project Management. 
  • Ability to read design and construction drawings. 
  • Establish work standards.
  • Direct activities of landscapers.
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and horticultural practices.
  • Inspect landscaping to determine treatment needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Inspect work to ensure standards are met.
  • Complete inventory checks and equipment inspections.

Essential:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Own tools.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a landscaping or site foreman position.
  • Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
  • Must have experience in soft and hard landscaping including paving, slab work, brick laying, fencing, turfing, planting and carpentry. 
  • Great attention to detail with strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
