Key Responsibilities:
- Managing interim valuations and final accounts.
- Procuring and overseeing subcontractor payments.
- Conducting site measurements and preparing estimates.
- Collaborating with clients and quantity surveyors.
- Preparing tender and contract documentation.
- Ensuring projects remain within budget through effective negotiation.
- Maintaining clear communication across teams.
- Upholding compliance with industry standards and company initiatives.
- Undertaking other duties as necessary for operational efficiency.
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience. (Open to discussion)
- Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
