Order Picker/Warehouse Operative – Mornings  This is a temp to perm contract, all candidates have the potential to earn a permanent position within our client’s team. **Due to shift times, candidates must live local to Goldthorpe or have their own means of transport** 

Pay Rate: £12.50, increasing after 12 weeks to £13.84  Benefits: Paid breaks + on-site parking + free fruit and hot drinks on site + discounts and offers at many high street stores + discounted products available onsite at staff shop + access to a 24/7 365 legal/financial/well being helpline.  Job Type: Temp to perm Location: Goldthorpe, S63 
Hours: 05:00-13:00 (finish time subject to change, shifts can be roughly between 7-9 hours)  Shifts Available:
Monthly 5/7 rota, so must be flexible to work weekends  
Tuesday to Saturday
Sunday to Thursday The Role: 
  • Achieving daily pick rates/KPI's.  
  • Voice picking using a headset.
  • Driving/operating a LLOP (low level order picker).
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations. 
  • Make sure products are secured, marked up correctly, and in the correct area for dispatch. 
  • Can be physically demanding. 
  • Ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and ensure all spillages/breakages are cleared immediately. 
  • Full coaching and training is provided alongside and throughout of a 12 week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee. 
 The Candidate: 
  • No previous experience needed as full training will be provided.  
  • Must live locally or have own means of transport due to shift times.  
  • Good attitude towards work.  
  • Reliability.

  • Barnsley - 17 mins from town centre 8.2 miles car travel. 
  • Rotherham - 17 mins from town centre 8.7 miles car travel.
