Join Our Team: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery in Coventry. This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.

About the Role:We are in search of a passionate Nursery Practitioner committed to delivering the highest standard of childcare and education for young children. Effective communication and the ability to connect with young children are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Quality Childcare: Provide exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Safe Environment: Create and maintain a secure, healthy, and stimulating environment, ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding procedures.
  • Innovative Teaching: Employ creative and resourceful teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with children and their parents, contributing to each child’s overall development and progress.
Qualifications and Skills:To excel in this role, you will:
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a nursery setting or relevant childcare studies.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children and parents.
