Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lagger to join our team. As a Lagger, you will be responsible for applying insulation materials to pipes, ducts, tanks, and other surfaces to prevent heat loss or gain. Your attention to detail and ability to work with various materials will be crucial in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the insulation.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific dimensions
• Apply insulation materials using various techniques such as taping, stapling, or gluing
• Install vapor barriers and seal joints to ensure proper insulation
• Fabricate and install sheet metal coverings over insulated surfaces
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete insulation tasks
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timeframes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lagger or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of electrical systems, building structures, and carpentry techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with masonry, roofing, and plumbing systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
