Senior Quantity Surveyor

With over 45 years expertise in their field, I am delighted to be working with a highly successful contractor who are due to continued success are seeking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent full time basis
Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor you will…
- Communicate with the Contracts Managers in the procurement of Sub-Contractor packages including financial checks, assess commercial competitiveness and prepare of the Sub-Contract documents.
- Prepare and submit contractual notices and /or correspondence to both the Client and Sub-Contractors.
- Prepare cash flows, monthly cost reports and analysis of budgets.
- Monitor costs, in particular, labour expenditure.
- Manage and prepare, submit and agreement of Interim Applications and Final Accounts.
- Manage Sub-Contractor Interim Payments including site measure, Payment and Pay Less Notices and Final Accounts.
- Support the monitoring of the progress of the Works.
- Other adhoc duties
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Have detailed M&E technical knowledge and an understanding of the construction process.
