Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong culinary skills, and a passion for creating flavorful and nutritious meals. This position offers flexible hours, with shifts available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Ensure that all food items are cooked to perfection and meet our quality standards for taste, appearance, and texture.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Assist with meal planning, inventory management, and ordering of ingredients as needed.
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours on Mondays and Wednesdays.
