Link3 Recruitment are seeking a talented and creative unqualified EYFS Teaching Assistant required to start work in one of our nurseries in Leicester.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children in Leicester.

Job Details:
  • This unqualified EYFS Teaching Assistant role is flexible to work alongside studies, child care and other commitments
  • We require a passionate and energetic unqualified EYFS Teaching Assistant that will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humour, the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

To be successful in this EYFS Teaching Assistant position, you will: 
  • Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within an early years setting.
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum  
  • Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
  • Have a passion for working with children.
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
  • Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements:
  • As a minimum, all applicants must have:
  • a minimum of 3 months experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • A positive approach to child development, managing behaviour and being passionate about your area of expertise is evident in your teaching.
  • Applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS checks registered to the update service (which we can support with)
