Role Overview:
As an Electrical Estimator, you'll be a crucial part of the Estimating Team, handling all aspects of the Tendering Process from Request to Submission. This role offers promising career progression within a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate and compliant tenders within client deadlines, utilizing our estimating templates/software.
- Report directly to the Senior Electrical Estimator.
- Resolve queries to secure projects.
- Proactively maintain and develop a strong network of contacts.
- Handover secured projects to the Contracts team with detailed BOQ & Budgets.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Junior Electrical Estimator/QS in Construction.
- Strong secondary education demonstrating proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
- Technical knowledge of electrical installations, ranging from domestic to large commercial/industrial.
- Ability to analyze electrical drawings to establish project costs.
- Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient IT skills.
