MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Hereford, Herefordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Independently owned practice.
- Available as soon as possible.
- Notice periods are taken into consideration.
- Dentist will be managing a mixed list of NHS and Private.
- £15-£18 per UDA plus 50% Private.
- Flexible UDA target of up to 9000 UDAs.
- Practice is part of the £20,000 Golden Hello NHS Scheme.
- Plenty of opportunity to upsell Private.
- Dentist will have clinical freedom with a range of high-quality materials.
- 5 surgery dental practice, located in Hereford City Centre.
- Fully computerised including consent forms.
- Brand new premises compete with state-of-the-art equipment including Digital Radiographs,
- iSmile Software, Rotary Endo, Scanner, high-quality files, Matrix systems, DSLR Camera, Facebow and Articular.
- Principal-led practice – onsite support and mentorship from 2 Principals.
- Dentist will have support from Impression and Radiograph trained Nurses.
- Practice can offer a supportive working environment with an open-door policy.
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Parking available nearby the practice.
