  • Proficient in defect management, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with QA objectives.
  • Work flexibly under pressure, demonstrating proactive and assertive problem-solving skills.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively and deliver results-oriented reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous QA improvements.
  • Present testing metrics and activities to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize testing tools such as Jira effectively to maximize QA efforts.
  • Provide training and support for QA staff's continuous learning.
  • Serve as an escalation point for testing and quality assurance matters.
