Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Manage and motivate a team of talented beauty professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement effective salon policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide innovative offerings to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry practices, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in salon software and basic computer skills.
