Warehouse Supervisor

• Manage and report excess and obsolete inventory to Materials Manager.
• Manage and report of weekly KPI process.
• Ensure all goods are receipted in a timely fashion in line with KPI.
• Manage daily cycle count process.
• Implement JIT processes and project.
• Strive to improve / maximise inventory capacity.
• Lead the Stores team.
• Manage safe working practices and ensuring safety adherence within Materials.
• Manage Stores Team Members to deliver day to day pick sequences.
• Manage all aspects of suppling parts to Production including reporting shortages.
• Identify the needs of your team and provide training to new and existing team members.
• Communicate shortages to Supply Chain.
• Other adhoc duties.

• Experience of working within a similar role. 
• Experience of supervisory/ management experience.
