Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be exclusively working with a manufacturing firm as they look to hire a Marketing Manager who will be a key hire as they embark on exciting growth plans.  Our client not only supply several well-known brands, companies and partners across the UK & Europe but also produce their own products. You will be joining a passionate team, who through innovation, are constantly improving their products and services.  This role is perfect for an innovative thinker who wants to work in a challenging & rewarding industry and grow with a firm as they grow. You will work closely with the Company Directors in brand development and identification of new markets throughout the UK & Europe.  This role will offer great autonomy and give you the opportunity to implement new and innovative campaigns.  Responsibilities:
  • Support the Directors in the delivery of effective marketing programs
  • Execution of marketing initiatives planned marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Development of sales and marketing materials that align with brand values.
  • Managing marketing budget
  • Co-ordinate POS materials and sales aids for use through stores for in-store promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing plans for internal and external projects
  • Schedule e-mail campaigns for product releases and industry updates
  • Creation of content for all online and offline channels 
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns
  • Management of website content.
  • SEO campaign management
  • Liaise with suppliers 
 Skills and Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role 
  • Relevant professional certifications/qualification
  • Previous hands-on experience in campaign development and promotions
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work as part of a team & individually
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Experience in WordPress or similar content management software
  • Experience in Adobe CC or similar graphic design software
  • Experience using MailChimp or similar email campaign software
  • Experience in managing and dealing with external suppliers & stakeholders
  • Creative flair with a keen eye for design 
  • Good SEO, web analytics and website content utilisation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience using Prospectsoft or similar CRM systems
  • Previous examples of design work & experience may be requested
