We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Project Manager to oversee and manage a law firm's annual global employee survey. This role will be crucial in ensuring that the survey process is meticulously planned, communicated effectively, and executed seamlessly across all our offices worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, project management, and communications, with experience in a global and legal context being highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of the Annual Global Employee Survey, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various global offices to ensure seamless execution of the survey process.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including survey providers, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards and requirements.
  • Draft clear and compelling internal communications related to the survey, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
  • Create engaging content for presentations, reports, and meetings with senior leadership.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communications, aligning with the firm’s tone and branding.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all survey-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure that survey initiatives align with broader HR strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR leadership team and other key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
