Are you an experienced and confident Youth Support Worker with a background in behavioural and SEND support? Do you have teaching assistant experience and are looking to join an outstanding College?

We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Worker to join our team for a full-time, long-term assignment starting in September for the full academic year 2024/2025. If you have experience working with children and are passionate about making a difference, this is the perfect role for you

Role Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment.
  • Develop positive interactions to build students' confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist the class teacher and support classroom activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
