Newarkontrent, United Kingdom Belvoir Home Care Full time £12 - £13
SALARIED and GUARANTEED HOUR CONTRACTS available for all care workers at the award-winning Belvoir Home Care Ltd

SCHOOL HOURS, EVENINGS, or FULL TIME - But we will be honest - you will need to work some hours on alternate weekends as our lovely clients need food at a weekend too.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
  • We pay you the same hourly rate whether you are driving between calls, cleaning, or carrying out care tasks.
  • We give you plenty of time with our clients - our minimum contracted care call time is 1 hour - plenty of time to fit in a cup of tea, ice cream on a hot day, or a game of Uno.
  • We pride ourselves on the little extras - its not all personal care - it's about really getting to know YOU, and matching you to clients that we know you will really be able to bring out of themselves and help to achieve their goals.
  • As a small independent company, we have an UPSIDE DOWN management structure, with our field staff at the top. You have the freedom to bring your own talents and skill to our small team, There are no complicated management structures so ideas can be implemented quickly.

THE ROLE:
You will need a car as our clients are set out in the beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside and public transport is not the best. Once you have admired the views on the route, you will be able to go into your client and assist them with a range of tasks you are trained for. This may be preparing meals, administering medication, taking them out for a walk with their furry friends, assisting them with getting dressed for the day, or thinking of creative ways to keep their minds active.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE WITH US?

  • Staying ahead in your career by achieving accredited and nationally recognised qualifications - paid for by us
